I am pleased to welcome you ( a second time for some of you ) to Italy. A number of you came in 2025 and enjoyed yourself so much you want to come back which is fantastic . Your say was in the Palace Hotel, Bormio , the home of the Stelvio Pass amongst other climbs . For 2027 I can offer a couple of options and but can do pretty much what you want ! – I may regret saying that – lol.
Option 1 – as many days as you want in Bormio ONLY , with passes being , Stelvio , Stelvio Double , Umbrail , Foscango into Livigno , Mortirolo , Bormio 2000, Stelvio & Umbrail and he Cancano Lake.
Option 2 – A trip to Corvara which is in the heart of the Dolomites , you can take on climbs such as Falzago on to Cortina , Passo Giau , SellaRonda ( Campalongo , Passo Pordoi ,Passo Sella , Passa Gardena ) – this is often ridden over 2 days , clockwise and then anti-clockwise and Passo Ebra (a great pass ) . After taking on Corvara we would have a day transfer to Bormio for the climbs in option 1 above.
Once in Bormio there would be an option for the new bees , a day trip to “The Church” those who have been before and welcome to come again.
The transfer distance between Corvara > Bormio is 190km / 120 miles circa 4 hours – and we can stop for coffee / food.
Hotel Options –
Corvara , a choice of a 3 star Hotel in the town centre or a 5 Star ( full wellness centre ) 4km up the Passo Gardena – a superb hotel , I use both two hotels annually and they both deliver.
Bormio , a 4 star Hotel – same one you used in 20205.
All hotels will be HB ( Bed breakfast and evening meals) , and single occupancy rooms or twin.
If a two location option is taken up , you woudl fly into Marco Polo ( Italy ) and fly out of Malpensa
