Medical Certificates

As I am sure you are aware getting an appointment at your doctor to sign a sports medical certificate is getting difficult.

Help is at hand and which can save you time and become less stressful. As we know most if not all events require a medical form and to be completed and on their form, a solution is at hand. In order to streamline the process for our riders we have teamed up to offer the completion of medical certificates remotely with no need for appointment which is EXCELLENT.

The charge for this service is £50 for the completion of your certificate with an average turn around time of 72 hours . Once completed an email will be sent to the rider to make the due payment. Should you require more than one at the time of your request/application then it’s an extra £10 per extra certificate. So if you want two signed it’s £60 , three it’s £70 , etc.  Please note if you require another certificate signed at a later date then the application form has to be completed, this will be charged at £50 again.  So we suggest you get all your certificates together and submit them in one go.
