2027 L’Etape
Event Date: 16/7/2027 - 19/7/2027 - tbc Tour Dates: 16/7/2027 - 19/7/2027 - tbcWhat is the L’Etape ? for those who don’t know it’s the chance for the public to ride a stage of the 2027 Tour de France. I know what you are thinking , why does anybody want to suffer like the Pro’s do. The answer is simple because we can , it ‘s amazing what a member of the public can do on a bike if he or she puts their mind to it. So how about it ?
The Tour presentation and L’Etape stage will take place on 22nd of October but as an official Tour Operator we will know 10 days prior enabling us to book our hotels. For 2027 we will be offering entry only and packages. The deposit for packages is £250.00 , and the entry only price is £250 payable in full at time of booking
The exact cost of a package will not be known until circa 12th October when we are told the location of the stage. This is simply because of hotel costs and locations etc. Nevertheless rest assured we will be offering quality hotels like we do for our trips to Italy and the package will be will be HB.

Accomodation and Proposed Weekend Schedule
Accommodation
We will select 3 or 4 star hotels , this is dependant upon what is available in the area and will be Bed Breakfast and evening meal . As mentioned above the price for packages and single room occupancy is TBC.
Friday
Transfers from Airport – tbc time and airport , check in , assemble bikes etc , evening meal .
Saturday
Go to the EXPO and registration centre to soak up the whole event and collect your race pack. We will then go out on a short ride , nothing to mad , as you have a big day on Sunday
Sunday
The moment you have all been waiting for a stage of The Tour de France.
Monday
Transfer back to the airport , time and airport tbc.

What’s included in your trip

What’s NOT included in your trip
- Hotel personal tax
- Your other personal hotel costs, such as your bar bill, etc
- Other personal expenses
- Personal insurance
It is recommended that you take out personal insurance. - Flights
Flights and Airport
Please ensure you are through passport control by hh:mm – tbc as the coach leaves at hh:mm -tbc
We will be at the arrivals section to meet you
On return the coach leaves for the airport at 10:00 am
Refunds
This is the refund policy for this trip .
Entry only – You have until 30/10/26 to cancel and get a refund , an admin fee to cover our online bank charges will be deducted that being £20.00 , so your refund will be £230.00. After this date there are NO refunds on Entry Only bookings and they are not transferrable to another person.
Packages – You have 30 days to cancel , after that no refund , that’s 30 days from your booking date , less admin fee £20.00
There will be an interim payment of £250.00 due by 31/3/2027 , again if you cancel within 30 days of the interim payment you get a refund less £20.00 admin fee
Please note if you cancel within the interim payment 30 days you do NOT get the initial deposit back.
If you cancel after the balance is paid , then there’s NO REFUND
Bike Transport from the UK – Return
If you could like your bike take from the UK to your hotel and return ( no bike box needed )
