Terms regards refund – paying in full with discount etc.

1 Once you have paid your deposit you have 30 days to cancel and get a full refund , if you cancel after 30 days then there’s no refund

2 When paying the interim payment again you have 30 days to cancel your booking to get your interim payment refunded in full outside 30 days then there’s no refund

3 If you are paying in full by dd/mm/yy  and getting a discount , should you cancel then you will get a full refund of the discounted charge you have paid less 5% our bank charges only if cancelled 60 days prior to the departure date of the trip that being dd/mm/yy.

4 If you cancel between 59 and 30 days of the trips start date then 50% is refunded

5 If you cancel within 29 days of the trip start date – NO refund

So the last day to cancel and get a full refund less 5% when paying  under item 3 (paying in full) above is dd/mm/yy

Once the balance is paid there’s no refund available – balance to be paid by dd/mm/yy

If you pay the balance by dd/mm/yy and cancel before dd/mm/yy then a 25% admin charge will apply and the balance refunded.

We have an early bird price and a “normal price” , the early bird price applies if you book your deposit before dd/mm/yy, full details below,

Please note if you wish to pay in full before dd/mm/yy then there’s a 7.5 % discount available of the total due , this is only available to the Early bird prices 

Cost :- £nnnn.nn – Early Bird , if deposit is paid before dd/mm/yy

Cost :- £nnn.nn – Early Bird NON-RIDER – if deposit is paid before dd/mm/yy

Cost :- £nnnn.nn – Normal price

Cost :- £nnnn.nn – Normal Price NON-RIDER

Cost :- £550.00 Single room Occupancy

Deposit :-  £500.00 by dd/mm/yy to get early bird price

Interim payment :- £500.00 on/by dd/mm/yy

Balance due by :- dd/mm/yy

You will be picked up from airport of your choice , but everybody must fly into the same airport .

On return the coach leaves your hotels at 10:00 and will drop you to the airport of your choice in Sardinia – but all must go to that airport.

All Events and Bespoke trip payments

Your deposit payment, which secures your place on your trip, is taken by Stripe Online Payments 

Any subsequent payments due for your trip are to be made by Internet Bank Transfer. Payment details are on the bottom of your statement.

Please include your name and trip as your payment reference.
