1. Hire/buy/borrow a bike box
2. Dismantle and pack the bike up
3. Get to the airport with a big bike box
4. Pay the extra sports goods airline charges
5. Big events mean loads of bikes. Will mine actually arrive?
6. Will it get damaged?
7. Get from the airport to the event
8. Unpack the bike
9. Was it damaged?
10. Post-event bike dismantling and packing
11. Repeat all the above!
12. And finally, no way can you take gas canisters

The simplest, safest, guaranteed-delivery way is for us to secure your bike in our custom-made fully-enclosed bike trailer and let you relax and do what you do best – ride your bike.

We can take up to 40 bikes in our trailer.

Every bike is personally checked-in, scrutinised and made secure in our trailer by European Cycle Events owner, Dudley Samuels. Please take a look at the pictures below to see how we do it.

Every bike is also personally unpacked and wheeled into your Event hotel by Dudley Samuels.

Time to go home…

Wave good bye and Dudley will again personally re-load your bike and deliver it back to the European Cycle Events storage facility in the UK, ready for you to collect and ride.
