2023 Gran Fondo Lombradia
Event Date: 8/10/2023 Tour Dates: 6/10/2023 - 9/10/2023 - 3 NightsWhat a way to end your season with the classic Il Lombardia which is the final monument event of the year and this will be our first time attendance at the event and one we have been looking at for a while and very excited to be going to. Our trip enables you to enjoy the Pro race and then take on circa 112km in the Gran Fondo. Our base will be just outside Cantu and a short ride to the finish of the Pro race (Como). We will meet you at Milan Malpensa Airport and it will be circa an hour to drive to our base. As part of our package your entry to the event is included as it is with all our events. Should you want your partner we adjust the price for non riders.
The classic Tour of Lombardy, known as the Race of the Falling Leaves, starting in Bergamo and finishing in Como. The 2023 route takes in two famous climbs Muro Di Sormano (20%+) and the famous “church” as its known Madonna del Ghisallo.
We are staying an excellent 4 star hotel catering for your needs ! – we have twin rooms and double rooms with single occupancy
Weekends Plan ?
Friday – Arrival , unpack , go to sign subject to time
Saturday – Visit Expo , go to sign on , ride out on location of the race or to the finish.
Sunday – Gran Fondo Start at 07:30 – we have a 10km wam up ride to the start
Monday – leave 12:00 midday

Your Gran Fondo starts at 07:30 in Cantu and we will have a short ride to the start
